Q1) I get an "internal server error" when I try to upload an image or avatar.
A1) This doesn't seem to happen to most people, but some have encountered it. After some research, I've come to the conclusion that it most likely has to do with a server timeout. If this happens to you, try logging out, logging back in, and uploading again. If it still doesn't work, convert your image to a .jpg and upload it. That should definitely work.

Q2) Is there a chat box?
A2) Yes! It's called a "Shout Box" and appears on the bottom of all of the community pages (your profile, your friend's profile, the community homepage, etc.). Scroll down and you should see it.

Q3) My chat box clicks out of the box and I can't finish typing...What should I do?!?
A3) I haven't been able to replicate this issue and only one person seems to have had it, but this seems to be browser related. Use Firefox and you shouldn't have any problems with the chat box.
